There are not too many hawkers selling quality fishball noodles out there. Most so-called fishball being sold are the factory mass-produced types which leave much to be desired. From the taste and texture of the fishball we can conclude that those sold here are the real McCoy.

 

 A bowl of mixed Teochew fishball noodle and vermicelli (beehoon)- dry style. They have a soup version as well
