To share with you the measuring aids that I use in my cooking and recipes just so that you can get it right when you try out my recipes.Spoons :
Left : Chinese soup spoon
Center : The standard tablespoon (tbsp) sold in stores
Right : The standard teaspoon (tsp ) sold in stores
Center : The standard tablespoon (tbsp) sold in stores
Right : The standard teaspoon (tsp ) sold in stores
These metal spoons I used at home are equivalent to the standard store-bought ones as mentioned above
Chinese rice bowl :
The Chinese rice bowl and the Chinese soup spoon I often mentioned in my recipes
