Simple, yet delicious!
500 g of stingray
5 chilli padi (chopped and with seeds removed)
20 g ginger (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce to it and sprinkle the chilli padi and ginger on top.
3. Place it in a steamer with boiling water and steam for about 10 minutes
