Fried fish cake
It is very simple to make fried fish cake. All you need is some fish paste. You can learn to make fish paste by reading my post here
1. Wet your fingers and palm then shape the fish paste into small balls, then press down the ball to form small patties.
2. Heat a wok, add in enough cooking oil and heat until hot.
3. Place the small fish paste patty into the hot oil and fry over medium fire
4. When the underside is firm and cooked, flip over to fry the other side
5. It's done when both sides are golden brown in colour
