Inoki Mushroom Fried With Pork Slices & Shrimps
Succulent Inoki mushrooms with wine marinated pork slices & shrimps
Ingredients
300g Inoki mushroom ( 1 packet = 100g )
80g shrimps ( shelled & with veins removed )
80g pork slices ( Marinate pork slices in 2 tsp cornflour & 1 tsp of Shao Hsing wine )
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions
1. Cut away the roots of the Inoki mushrooms
2. Clean, wash and soak for 15 minutes
3. Rinse under tap, drain and set aside
Sauce Ingredients
1 tbsp oyster sauce1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Dissolve the sauce ingredients in 1 Chinese rice bowl of water
Cooking Instructions
1. In a wok, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil.2. Use medium fire to saute the minced garlic till light brown and fragrant
3. Add shrimps and stir-fry till cooked
4. Add Inoki mushrooms and stir-fry till softened
5. Add sauce ingredients and let it boil
6. Add the marinated pork slices and let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes
