Lunch At Shenzhen 深圳的午餐

Lunch At Shenzhen  深圳的午餐

( 14th February 2013 )

The restaurant where we had our lunch

 Roast pigeons

 Roast duck

  Fried glass noodles

 Deep-fried prawns

 Sweet & sour fish

Stir-fried bell peppers with pork slices

 Stir-fried Yau-mak

Steamed fresh scallops with glass noodles

Stir-fried celery with cuttlefish

The restaurant is next to the miniature world which was not in our itinerary

Some kind of contraption of the miniature world which can be seen from the roadside

Immediately after lunch we departed for Guangzhou, our next destination. We were brought to this medical hall where the practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine offered us all a free check-up and diagnosis. SK and I declined and we walked out and waited outside. We are of the opinion that the doctors are very efficient and they know what they are doing. It is just that the prices of the medicine recommended were exorbitant and we were not prepared to shell out that much money. Anyway, we have been through all that in previous organised tours.
