Steamed Chicken Wings With Abalone & Oyster sauce 蚝油蒸翅膀

Fragrant and succulent wings



10 chicken wings

Marinade Ingredients


1 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of abalone sauce
1 tsp of dark soya sauce
2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of cooking oil
2 tbsp of Shao Hsing wine
1 tsp of minced ginger
2 1/2  tsp of cornflour
1/4 tsp of pepper



1.  Clean the chicken wings.
2.  Place the chicken wings in a large bowl.
3.  Add in all the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken wings for one hour.
4.  After one hour, arrange the chicken wings on a plate or deep bowl 
5.  Boil the water in a steamer. For steaming technique, please click here
4.  Once the water in the steamer starts boiling, place the bowl of marinated chicken wings into the rack on the steamer
5.  Steam the chicken wings for 12 minutes or until a fragrant aroma emits from the steamer, whichever comes first

Steaming is the easiest way to prepare food and it's healthy too !
